If you’re not completely satisfied with your MICROCLOUD SOLUTIONS product,
please contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
After 30 days, MICROCLOUD SOLUTIONS normally does not give refunds if you change your mind. However, we do provide 24/7 technical support and will happily solve any technical issues you may have. If you need any kind of technical support you have to contact McAfee for that.
Additionally, our refund policy does not cover the cost of providing and shipping a product Backup CD when this has been requested and the CD/DVD is not faulty. In these circumstances, our refund policy only covers the costs of your product subscription(s).
Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel your Subscription for any reason up to 14 days after your purchase. To cancel within this 14-day period, just email us firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at toll free and you will receive a refund within 14 days of cancellation.
Please note that your right to cancel does NOT cover:
Software downloaded from MICROCLOUD SOLUTIONS’s website that has already been used
Sealed shrink-wrapped software that has been opened after delivery
Any service that has been purchased that has already been fully performed
In addition to your right to cancel, MICROCLOUD SOLUTIONS offers for most Solutions a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you have paid for an eligible product within the preceding 30 days, you may obtain a refund by informing account manager via email : email@example.com or call : 1888-670-4760.
Subject always to the terms and conditions of the End User License Agreement, you are purchasing a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use each solution you purchase or otherwise properly acquire (Subscription), in each case during the applicable subscription period for each such purchase or acquisition (Subscription Period). At the end of any Subscription Period, your Subscription will automatically extend for successive time periods. When the Subscription Period automatically extends for an additional month, year or a similar consecutive time period, MICROCLOUD SOLUTIONS may provide you with a notice by email that includes instructions on how to cancel your Subscription at the end of the current Subscription Period and how to request a refund for cancellation requests within 30 days of the start of the extended Subscription Period.
If the email address you have provided to MICROCLOUD SOLUTIONS changes, you must update your MICROCLOUD SOLUTIONS account user profile .Keeping your email address up to date in your MICROCLOUD SOLUTIONS account user profile ensures that you receive notices about Subscription Period extensions. You may cancel your Subscription at the end of the Subscription Period by following the instructions in the notice.
